Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
Watch the video below to see my interview with Lindsey House, Accountability Coach, about pelvic floor therapy
What is the pelvic floor?
The pelvic floor is an often overlooked and not discussed group of muscles, but is essential for core stability, strength and function. So many individuals suffer with pelvic dysfunction, and don't realize help does exist or know where to turn. Our physical therapists have been specially trained to address a variety of pelvic floor issues to get you back to living your life.
Why do I have bladder or pelvic issues?
Due to pregnancy/childbirth, endometriosis, surgery, abuse, falls, trauma, poor posture, muscle imbalances and bladder irritants, the pelvic floor must work so hard! Just like any muscle, it can get fatigued, develop muscle knots and lack strength. You don't have to suffer with this! Let us help you regain control of your life and get you back to living life on your terms!
